Papa's Cheeseria To Go! is the eleventh installment of Papa Louie's restaurant management game series. The game was officially released in October 2019 by the American-based Flash game development company Flipline Studios. Players will serve as a sandwich maker (former band member but the band needs money to buy music gear as they were stolen) and take charge in full management of a hands-on sandwich shop in the Papa Louie universe. A whole experience from order-taking, building, grilling to preparing fries can be expected in the game. Pick bread as ordered, put correct melty cheeses, toppings and sauces, watch out the meter and make sure to grill and flip the sandwiches to just right, and put French fries covered by sauces and toppings requested by your customer. Finally, deliver the meal and see how your customer like it and what score you will receive. The score will be assigned based on how perfectly your sandwich meets the requirements of the customer. More recipes and materials will be unlocked as players proceed level by level, and customers will have more complicated requirements as well. Players are able to customize many things in the game, including worker outfits, customer outfits, restaurant decoration and furniture, and unlock loads of fun.

Compared to other games within the Papa Louie series, Cheeseria To Go offers players a more realistic scenario. At certain levels, delivery orders will be unlocked and you will need to pick up phone calls and hire a driver to deliver the food to the door. Players can also promote your restaurant by sending over coupons to your loyal customers. Collect stickers by completing tasks and achievements and unlock corresponding rewards. If you feel bored and want to run away a little bit, try to play the very entertaining daily mini-games and earn new furniture for your lobby and unlock new outfits for your customer. Another great feature is that players can unlock holiday flavors with seasonal ingredients and make special sandwiches that are limited to offer.
